Safety is our number one goal at Larrett Energy Services
and we believe it all starts the day we hire a new employee. Each employee
is sent through our safety orientation before he/she his allowed on a job
site, he/she is drug tested and background checked when required. They
are issued a complete set of PPE, from a hard hat to FR clothing.
Safety does not stop there we hold daily Job Site Observation Meetings before work starts every morning, we provide continued education in specialized areas of trench safety, confined space, CPR and First Aid, just to name a few. All of our employees are trained to meet or exceed OSHA guidelines.
We are members of IS Networld and Pipeline Consortium to maintain our training and safety documentation. We utilize DOT Operator Qualification program via Veriforce and NCCER to keep our employees trained in specific tasks.
Our safety staff makes daily inspections of work sites, maintains all training records and sees that are employees have the best training available.
In addition they do weekly safety audits of each job site and discuss with the Project Manager in safety deficiencies that need correction. Incidences are review with our safety council and new policies are made to keep the incidences from happening again.
Our employees are assets and we train them to be here for tomorrow.
